Yesterday, 28 January, our annual Energy Law Conference took place on the campus of Johannes Kepler University Linz. The event was organised in cooperation with BEURLE Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG. Various aspects of national and European energy law were presented and discussed.
The agenda included the latest developments in energy legislation, energy regulation, European energy law and energy tax law; legal aspects of the hydrogen network and third-party feed-in into district heating networks; the latest on price adjustment clauses and legal issues relating to the use of AI in the energy industry.
