Discover MultiFutures: A HorizonEurope project on climate neutrality.
This ambitious research project aims to pave the way towards a sustainable, climate-neutral, just and resilient society. By exploring alternative transformation pathways based on a broad range of economic theories and innovative paradigms, MultiFutures offers new insights and solutions to one of the most pressing challenges of our time.
Our approach in a nutshell:
- Development of a paradigm taxonomy, supported by state-of-the-art AI technology and qualitative research methods.
- Creating quantified transition scenarios from broad stakeholder discussions that go far beyond traditional economic indicators
- Engaging with stakeholders to promote co-creative visions of the future and the development of workable policy strategies.
- Using advanced modelling techniques to assess the social, economic and environmental impact of our research.
An extensive survey of over 18,000 Europeans helps us to understand and increase the acceptance of alternative visions of the future.
