Legal issues relating to electromobility were recently the focus of the online seminar ‘Derecho Energético’ at the renowned Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) at the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas, UNAM.
Our colleague Michael Denk had the opportunity to give a lecture at this seminar. Among other things, Michael spoke about the innovative technology of bidirectional charging and the associated legal implications. Numerous questions and the lively exchange with the participants showed the relevance and topicality of the topic.
