H2REAL

H2REAL develops a hydrogen valley in the eastern Austrian region considering the complete hydrogen value chain (production, distribution/logistics, end-use). The aim is to develop concepts and strategies to enable a joint development of hydrogen production capacities and proactive, coordinated infrastructure development with all regional key players. Specific, novel technologies are developed to accelerate the rollout and implementation of a hydrogen economy and reduce costs for hydrogen. Several demonstrators are implemented marking the first step towards a regional hydrogen economy. A network of all relevant stakeholders is created ensuring synergetic development and future scale-up of hydrogen infrastructure well beyond the project timeframe.
