H2PIONEER

In H2Pioneer, a demonstration plant for the production of high-purity hydrogen from renewable power sources and PEM electrolysis is being implemented on site at Infineon. In addition to ensuring the highest purity requirements of 8.0, the security of supply is to be increased. A plant concept for the utilization of the hydrogen released into the atmosphere to date is being developed. Both the recycling in the hydrogen supply path and the energetic use of the hydrogen are considered. This makes a significant contribution to increasing the efficiency of hydrogen production and utilization as well as the establishment of “green industry” and sector coupling within the framework of the project goals of WIVA P&G.
