After having graduated from the Grammar School Honauerstraße Linz (Bundesoberstufenrealgymnasium) with focus on sciences, Ms Fazeni has studied Social Economics (degree in 2010) at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. She specialized in Environmental Management in Companies and Regions. From October 2007 to December 2010, Karin Fazeni was working as project assistant at the Energy Institute. Since December 2010 she has been involved as junior researcher in projects at the Energy Economics Department and she has been writing her doctorate thesis on the application of LCA methodology to process design demonstrated at the development process of a novel biorefinery process.
