Mag.a Viktoria Kron

Junior Researcher

Viktoria Kron studied law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz, specializing in private business law. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Institute for European Law and as a legal assistant at the Linz-Land administrative district . She completed her studies at the end of 2022 and began her court internship. Afterwards, she started as a trainee lawyer specializing in IT and IP law at Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte GmbH. In mid-2025, she then started working at the Energy Institute of the Johannes Kepler University Linz, where she joined the team of the Energy Law Department as a junior researcher. In the SafeLIB project, her research focused on the promotion of second-life batteries through state and private funding, in particular from the legal and regulatory perspectives of state aid, tax and public procurement law and the Taxonomy Regulation. In the future, her focus will be on green hydrogen.
