
CUTRIC is a non-profit innovation consortium whose vision is to make Canada a global leader in low-carbon smart mobility, by focusing on technology development, integration and standardization vis-á-vis low-carbon propulsion systems, smart vehicle systems, data-driven analytics in mobility, and cybersecurity in transportation. CUTRIC works with manufacturers, suppliers, technology innovators, utilities, academia, transit systems and all levels of government to achieve these goals through industry-led collaborative research and large-scale technology integration trials.
This Memorandum of Unterstanding (MoU) sets the terms of understanding between CUTRIC and Energieinstitut to establish a reciprocal arrangement in jointly supporting each other´s work. This will allow the two organizations to share information, knowledge, and best practices, thus promoting the skills, competencies, and professions of the members of both Energieinstitut and CUTRIC. The objective is to remove barriers and allow the two organizations to collaborate and recognize each other´s institutions.
It is the intent of the agreement to formalize a relationship between Energieinstitut an CUTRIC which works towards reciprocity. The area of cooperation between these organizations are to be enhanced and developed over time. This MoU will serve to create a climate of corporation that inititiates a new direction for both organizations to better serve the professional needs of the memebers, industry, and community as well as improving and promoting the public profile of both organizations.
