2nd workshop of the project “CO2-neutral JKU”

On July 4, the 2nd workshop of the project “CO2-neutral JKU” took place – this time focusing on the development of objectives and measures in preparation for the creation of a roadmap towards climate neutrality. The Johannes Kepler University Linz has set itself the goal of becoming CO2-neutral by 2030.

The workshop, led by colleagues Simon Moser, Melanie Knöbl and Katharina Rusch, gave participants the opportunity to take an in-depth look at the challenges and possible solutions for achieving climate neutrality. Especially in the areas of energy and mobility, many potential measures and influencing factors were discussed.

Overall, the workshop was a great success. The numerous contributions showed that there are many innovative ideas and solution approaches that can contribute to achieving CO2-neutral university operations.
