CO2Exide: Brand new publication in the Journal of CO2 Utilization

Are ethylene and ethylene oxide based on biogenic CO2 and power-to-X as economical as their fossil counterparts? According to the techno-economic assessment carried out as part of the Horizon 2020 project CO2EXIDE, they have the potential to be – but only if energy and resource efficiency is further increased and all products are recycled!

Valerie Rodin, Hans Böhm, Johannes Lindorfer (Energieinstitut an der JKU Linz) and Christian Paulik (Johannes Kepler University Linz) are pleased that their results have now been published peer-reviewed in the “Journal of CO2 Utilization”. Many thanks to our project partners, reviewers and sponsors!
