On 16 May, Jovana Winkler and Michael Denk had the honour of giving a guest lecture on new legal perspectives in electromobility as part of the “Derecho y Tecnología” course at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. In their presentation, they highlighted the latest legal and technological developments that are driving the European transport transition.
