Sustainability in football: the Energieinstitut an der JKU Linz, under the management by Johannes Lindorfer, is working on this in an EU project together with international project partners and is investigating, among other things, the reduction of microplastics on artificial turf pitches. In addition to national associations, the clubs FC Barcelona and FC Internazionale Milano are also involved.
