Our two experts Argjenta Veseli and Hans Böhm presented specific analyses of the Carbon Cycle Economy Demonstration (C-CED) project in the context of hydrogen and CCU at the WIVA P&G annual event.
Hans Böhm discussed the potential of CCU (carbon capture and utilisation) in Austria – both in the future “residual supply” and in the future demand as process input in a climate-neutral system in 2050 – and analysed the associated techno-economic characteristics.
Argjenta Veseli spoke about the current legal framework and the current discussions on modifying it for CCU and CCS (carbon capture and storage) in the European Union.
