The first physical meeting of IETS Task XXI with Simon Moser as Task Leader took place on 9 April in Graz. The main objective of this initiative is to investigate Circular Carbon from an industrial perspective. The current subtasks focus on Circular Carbon and Industrial Symbiosis. The focus of the Circular Carbon subtask is on the integration of carbon capture technologies into industry and the exploration of potential pathways for carbon reuse through CCU. The Industrial Symbiosis subtask focuses on making industrial processes more efficient and circular through cross-organisational and cross-sector collaboration.
During the full-day meeting, the partners had the opportunity to present their work to date, the next steps and the continuation of IETS Task XXI. We would like to thank our colleagues for this successful discussion!
On 10 and 11 April, our colleagues from IETS Task XXI took part in the 3rd ISEC – International Sustainable Energy Conference in Graz. Three of our colleagues, Andrea Ramirez, Veronika Wilk and Hans Böhm, took part in the conference as speakers.
