The design of energy law is of crucial importance for achieving our climate and energy policy goals. Particularly in times of rapid technological change and confrontation with multiple crisis situations, it is important to maintain a stable legal framework while at the same time taking current developments into account. These challenges and developments determine the topics of the “Energy Law Conference 2024 – Current Topics of Energy Law” held by the Energieinstitut an der JKU Linz in cooperation with BEURLE Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG and Metzler & Partner Rechtsanwälte.
