The project focuses on intelligent integration of renewable energy, utilizing electric vehicles as mobile storage solutions and electrolysis for green hydrogen production. This approach supports sustainable e-mobility adoption in urban areas while contributing to the decarbonization of energy-intensive industries relying on hydrogen.
Danube Indeet aims to develop a transferable concept for regions with diverse needs by collecting data on e-mobility and renewable energy infrastructure. Through pilot testing in four regions (DE, SK, RO, BiH), scenario modeling, legal assessments, and business model elaboration, the project seeks to establish a transnational strategy for integrated and decentralized energy and transport systems in the Danube region, emphasizing social acceptance and ensuring long-term uptake through policy and industry collaboration.
