How big is the challenge of decarbonising peak loads in the heat supply?
Despite the increasing use of renewable energy sources, heating networks are still predominantly dependent on fossil fuels. In order to achieve complete decarbonisation, heat peak loads must be addressed effectively.
Today we have launched the RE-PEAK project, which aims to analyse the challenges associated with decarbonising heat peak loads and develop a decision support tool for heat operators.
