Energierechtstagung

This was the 2024 Energy Law Conference

Our Energy Law Conference 2024 in cooperation with BEURLE Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG and Metzler & Partner Rechtsanwälte was a day filled with stimulating discussions and insights into the latest trends and challenges in energy law.

The event was characterized by a series of in-depth presentations given by leading experts. Benedikt Ennser opened with insights into current energy legislation, followed by Wolfgang Urbantschitsch, who highlighted important aspects of energy regulation. Thomas Bieber offered in-depth insights into energy tax law. The afternoon was enriched by contributions from Natalie Harsdorf-Borsch, Paul Oberndorfer and Argjenta Veseli on the Energy Taskforce, the expansion of the electricity grid and the use of CO2. Finally, Matthäus Schmied and Klaus Oberndorfer discussed accelerated expansion processes for renewable energies and current energy price adjustments.

The event was moderated by Michael Mayrhofer, Argjenta Veseli and Marie-Theres Holzleitner-Senck. The conference provided an exciting platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, making it – hopefully also in the future – an indispensable meeting place for experts in the field of energy law.

Once again, we would like to thank all speakers, our cooperation partners and all participants!
