At the end of September 2023, the LCA workshop took place at the TU-Darmstatt as an opportunity for networking between LCA experts and young LCA professionals. Our colleague Stella Danner presented interim results from the projects “IEA IETS 21 / Subtask Circular Carbon”, CaCTUS and circPLAST-mr:
Based on a structured literature review with underpinning case studies, recommendations for a consistent, practicable terminology for life cycle assessments of technical carbon cycles are being developed. The interim results met with much positive feedback and were discussed lively.
With many new suggestions in the bag, work on the analyses will now continue back in Linz.
