Zero Emission Mobility Salzburg

Project Description

The overall objective of this project is to develop two zero-emission mobility model regions, one urban and one alpine/tourism, for public bus transport and two pilot projects for the conversion of heavy duty vehicles. The main objectives within both model regions are the development and implementation of novel holistic large scale zero-emission mobility concepts for public buses and the implementation of zero-emission heavy duty transport. Furthermore, the development and implementation of a green hydrogen infrastructure including innovative sector coupling and balancing energy services are key tasks of this project.
