DI (FH) Johannes Lindorfer

Key Researcher

Johannes Lindorfer completed his diploma studies in Bio- and Environmental Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in 2005, during which he was also active in biofuel research in New Zealand for 6 months. Afterwards he worked as a project engineer for process engineering in the field of dispersion calculation of air pollutants and the management of environmental and plant approval procedures. Since 2007 Johannes Lindorfer has been working as a research associate and since 2009 as a key researcher and project manager at the Energieinstitut an der JKU Linz. He thus has more than 15 years of experience in the conceptual design, acquisition and execution of international and national research projects as well as in cooperative team management.

His research focus is on process evaluation of biobased products and CO2 neutrality of industrial production and energy technologies applying life cycle assessment and techno-economic methods.
