Forum Econogy

This was the Forum Econogy 2023!

New aspects of greening industrial processes, new solutions for the energy infrastructure and specific perspectives of private households – that was the Forum Econogy 2023!

Last Thursday, the Forum Econogy 2023, organised by the Energieinstitut an der JKU Linz, took place in the spirit of “energy research on (and for) the JKU campus” with the active participation of our cooperation partners and stakeholders.

Once again, we would like to thank all participants; Stefan Koch, Markus Achleitner, Stefan Stallinger, Manfred Föderl and Robert Tichler for opening the event and Christian Paulik, Barbara Leitl-Staudinger, Gabriele Kotsis and Maria Buchmayr for the “external” keynotes!

On behalf of the Energieinstitut, Valerie Rodin presented analyses on “Power to Products – Technologies for Tomorrow’s Industry”, Marie-Theres Holzleitner-Senck on “Legal Aspects of Energy Storage Infrastructure”, Andrea Kollmann on “Participation of Citizens in the Energy System of the Future” and Simon Moser on the climate-neutral Johannes Kepler University Linz.

We are already looking forward to a continuation of the event series next year – until then there is a lot to do and research in the context of the further development of the energy system!
